Getting started in under a minute
Open LuckyCrushCam in any modern browser, on a phone or a laptop. Tap once, allow the camera when the browser asks, and the matcher pairs you with a girl who is online right now. No sign-up stands between you and the first match — that is deliberate. If the first conversation is not it, tap next and meet someone new.
Camera and microphone permissions
Your browser — not our site — owns the camera and microphone switch, and it asks you directly the first time. If you tapped “block” by accident, look for the camera icon in the address bar and change the permission there, then reload. On a phone, the same control lives in the browser settings for this site. You can revoke the permission at any time the same way; closing the tab ends everything regardless.
Matching, skipping, and what “next” does
Matching is random and one-on-one: the queue pairs you with one person in a private room, and nobody else can see or join that room. “Next” ends the current chat instantly and re-enters you in the queue — there is no penalty, no cooldown, and the other person simply moves on too. Skipping is not rude here; it is the mechanic the whole format is built on. The random video chat page goes deeper on how the queue works.
Free to start, and what coins are for
Matching and your first chats are free — genuinely free, not a timer ambush. Coins exist for one thing: keeping longer sessions going once the free part is used. You buy them when you choose, in the amount you choose; there is no subscription quietly renewing in the background. The LuckyCrushCam free page is the full, honest version of where free ends and coins begin.
Blocking and reporting
Every chat carries skip, block and report within one tap. Skip ends the conversation. Block makes sure that person does not match with you again. Report flags the behavior to the moderation team — use it for anything that breaks the community guidelines, from pressure to scams. Reports are what keep the pool worth swimming in; the next person thanks you.
When something goes wrong
Video frozen or black? Refresh first — it fixes most of it, and you re-enter the queue in seconds. Still stuck? Check that no other app is holding your camera, try a different browser, and give the page a clean reload on stable Wi-Fi. Payment or coin questions, account issues, and anything that survives all that: [email protected], with the details from the contact page. Real humans answer.
