What we collect
When you use LuckyCrushCam, our servers process the technical data any website needs: your IP address, browser and device type, and basic usage events such as when a match starts or ends. If you choose to create an account, we store the details you hand us. If you buy coins, payment is handled by our payment processor — card numbers never touch LuckyCrushCam servers.
What we never do with it
We do not sell your personal data. We do not broker it, rent it, or trade it. We do not build advertising profiles from your conversations, and we do not run third-party ad networks inside chats. Analytics on the site measure how pages perform, not what you say on them. The product is paid for by people who enjoy it, not by advertisers reading over your shoulder.
Camera, microphone, and your chats
Your camera and microphone stream is a live connection between you and your match — it exists to carry the conversation, not to be kept. We do not record your video chats, and we ask every user not to record them either; the community guidelines make that a rule with teeth. Camera access is granted by you, in your browser, and you can revoke it there at any moment.
Cookies and measurement
LuckyCrushCam uses cookies and similar storage for the unglamorous essentials: keeping the site working, remembering preferences, and measuring traffic in aggregate so we know which pages help people and which ones confuse them. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the core chat experience still works.
Who sees your data
The short list: the infrastructure providers who keep the site running, the payment processor if you buy coins, and the moderation team when a report pulls a match into review. Everyone on that list is bound to handle data only for the job they are doing. Beyond that, data leaves our hands only if the law genuinely requires it.
Your choices, and how to reach us
You can use LuckyCrushCam without an account, skip any chat, block any person, and close the tab on all of it whenever you like. To ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, write to [email protected] from the address tied to your account and we will handle it. This policy lives on this page; when it changes, the change shows up here with the date.
